We are collecting this information to enable the organisation to keep in touch with you for the legitimate purposes as listed in our Data Protection Policy. Data Protection legislation allows us to process this information as we regard it as being in the organisation’s legitimate interest.

Your contact details will be removed from the databases once you are no longer associated with the organisation unless you ask to remain in contact.

You have the right to ask for information which you believe to be incorrect to be rectified. 

You can request that your data is updated and/or deleted at any time, unless The Wharfedale Foundation can justify that it is retained for legitimate organisational or legal purposes.
